Our Oscillation Winding Steel Strip uses welding equipment to provide a fully functional weld within your gauge tolerance to ensure manufacturing integrity. We can mark the welds to ensure you know where they are located within the oscillate coil. A finished oscillate coil is processed using material from the heat and mill coil runs, providing a consistent product throughout.
Features
Extended Coil Length: 5 to 10 times longer than standard coils.
Reduced Coil Changes: Minimize production interruptions and downtime.
Stable Tension Control: Ensures smooth feeding for stamping and forming.
Customizable: Available in a wide range of materials, widths, thicknesses, and inner diameters.
Improved Productivity: Perfect for high-volume, continuous processing applications.
Applications
Automotive Parts Stamping
Electrical and Electronic Component Manufacturing
Precision Blanking Lines
Continuous Coil Processing Lines
Metal Packaging Industries
Tooling and Blade Production
Advantages
Higher Production Efficiency: Fewer stoppages and changeovers.
Material Savings: Reduced scrap and setup waste.
Space Saving: More material wound onto a single coil reduces storage and handling.
Versatile Compatibility: Suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, spring steel, and more.
Custom Oscillation Patterns: Tailored to customer machine requirements.
